Warehouse supervisor

• 7+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, materials management, or procurement, preferably within a refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environment. 
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience, with a proven track record of leading supervisors, team leads, and warehouse personnel while managing overall team performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate multi-level warehouse teams while fostering a customer- and stakeholder-focused culture across the organization.
• Strong experience with computerized inventory and maintenance management systems, such as Oracle, Maximo, or SAP. Experience configuring, improving, or optimizing these systems is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse management technologies, including barcode scanners, label-printing systems, and RFID, along with strong Office/Excel skills.
• Proven experience developing and managing inventory stocking strategies, conducting criticality assessments, and implementing inventory optimization and cost-control processes.
• Experience coordinating materials, equipment, and logistics for plant turnarounds, shutdowns, outages, or major maintenance events.
• Strong financial and budget management skills, including responsibility for warehouse operating budgets and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and hazardous-material handling requirements within refinery, petrochemical, or other industrial environments.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules and respond to plant emergencies or urgent operational needs when required.

Pay rate:

$80k/ann. - $90k/ann.

This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
