Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee second-shift warehouse operations in Claremore, OK. This leadership role is responsible for managing warehouse workflow, saw operations, loading activities, and production efficiency while ensuring safety, quality, and customer requirements are met.

The ideal Warehouse Supervisor has strong leadership skills, warehouse operations experience, and the ability to effectively coordinate personnel and resources in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.
Required Experience & Skills
3 5 years of warehouse or production supervision experience preferred
Experience in manufacturing, metal service, distribution, or related industries preferred
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of warehouse logistics, material handling, and production flow
Familiarity with saw operations and metal processing preferred
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make decisions under pressure
Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work additional hours when needed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations during assigned shift
Oversee saw operations, order fulfillment, and loading activities
Manage Sunday high-volume loading and logistics operations
Monitor workflow and production schedules to ensure deadlines are met
Reassign personnel and resources as needed to maintain productivity
Verify shipments and documentation are completed accurately and on time
Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate effectively with management and other supervisors
Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean work environment
Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse employees
Participate in daily and weekly production meetings
Collaborate with warehouse office personnel and other departments to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout the warehouse during the shift
Ability to work in warehouse and production environments
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Comfortable working around industrial equipment and material handling operations
Work Environment

Exposure to forklifts, saw operations, loading activities, and material handling equipment
