Warehouse Supervisor

Accentuate Staffing has partnered with an established distribution organization in the Charlotte area that is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing team. • Supervise daily warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to warehouse associates, drivers, and frontline personnel to maintain productivity and performance standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process improvements to minimize discrepancies and support operational goals.
• Assist with hands-on warehouse functions as needed, including operating material handling equipment and supporting workflow during busy periods.
• Coordinate delivery and transportation activities to help ensure timely and accurate service to customers.
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company policies, operational procedures, and safety best practices.
