Warehouse Supervisor
Burlington, WA
Direct Hire. 30-35/hr.
- Coordinates Transportation: Ensures prompt and proper movement of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manages Logistics: Oversees shipping, receiving (piece parts and repairs), packing, and inventory management.
- Maintains Records: Keeps departmental records for manufacturing ISO compliance.
- Monitors Inventory: Tracks inventory levels and orders supplies as needed.
- Assists Warehouse Manager: Provides staff support to the Warehouse Manager.
- Oversees Stock Availability: Monitors stock to reduce shortages.
- Identifies Improvements: Suggests solutions for process enhancements.
- Creates Documentation: Develops and maintains logistic process documentation.
- Liaises with Departments: Communicates with internal departments regarding stock management.
- Prepares Shipping Documents: Creates international shipping documentation as required.

- Understands Inventory Control: Has a basic understanding of inventory procedures.
- Possesses Keyboarding Skills: Is proficient in keyboarding.
- Is Organized: Works with minimal supervision and is highly organized.
- Performs Math Calculations: Can perform basic math calculations.
- Education/Experience: Requires a High School Diploma/equivalent, one year of supervisory experience, and two years of warehouse experience (or a combination of education and experience).
