TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor in Brookshire, 77423 area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Warehouse

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and employees.
• Assign work and monitor productivity across departments.
• Support, coach, and provide direction to department leads.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards.
• Resolve workflow issues and handle operational escalations.
• Assist with employee training and onboarding.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to procedures.
• Track operational KPIs and report results to the Warehouse Manager.
• Coordinate priorities among inbound, repack, putaway, inventory, picking, replenishment, and shipping teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• • Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Strong people-management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of warehouse workflows and performance KPIs.
  • Experience managing multiple departments or operational functions.
  • Ability to prioritize work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, accuracy, and productivity.
• Forklift experience is required 

PAY 

$24-25/hour 

SCHEDULE

8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday, flexible with schedule and able to work weekends as needed
