Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision to join the leadership team at our facility in Aberdeen, MD. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving operations, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Experience in a 3PL environment is preferred.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, first shift (some weekends required).

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience in a 3PL environment is preferred.
• Ability to work occasional weekends as needed.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations.
• Ensure efficient inventory management and accurate record-keeping.
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Train and mentor warehouse employees.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in operations.
