We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Inventory Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's warehouse by accurately processing orders, managing inventory, and facilitating shipping and receiving tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities
Pull and stage aerospace parts using pick sheets and work orders.
Store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Use RF scanners and WMS systems to track inventory.
Receive shipments and verify parts, quantities, and documentation.
Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Label, package, and store parts according to quality standards.
Verify part, serial, and lot numbers for traceability.
Process inventory receipts, transfers, and shipments.
Prepare parts and paperwork for outbound shipments.
Skills
Experience in warehouse distribution and operations is preferred
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and best practices
Strong knowledge of computer systems including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong CSR background is required
