Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Ensure accurate documentation of materials and timely delivery to appropriate departments or locations.
- Operate forklifts, walkie riders, order selectors, or pallet jacks as needed.
- Perform cycle counting and inventory control to maintain accuracy and minimize loss.
- Maintain a clean and compliant work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Resolve discrepancies and support team communication to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in warehouse operations.
- Forklift training and operator certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn other software programs like Oracle.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferences:
- Familiarity with shipping, loading, and off-loading of trailers.
- Experience with commercial invoices and international shipments.
