Just good people working together to solve problems and support our customers.What You'll DoPick, pack and ship customer ordersProcess outbound shipments in a fulfillment and distribution center environmentReceive incoming inventory and verify product accuracy (receiving clerk functions)Stock and replenish inventory in appropriate warehouse locationsMaintain inventory accuracy and quality control checks before shipmentPrepare shipments for outbound delivery (shipping and receiving / outbound logistics)Maintain clean and organized warehouse work areasOperate within a structured warehouse management system (WMS)Work collaboratively as a warehouse team member supporting daily fulfillment goalsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in warehouse rolesAbility to perform order fulfillment, packing and shipping and receiving tasksComfort working in a fast-paced distribution center or fulfillment center environmentAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracyWillingness to learn basic computer systems and warehouse toolsReliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently when neededMust be 18 years of age or olderPreferred QualificationsExperience with order picker, inventory control, or warehouse operationsFamiliarity with cycle count processes and stock replenishmentExperience in inbound logistics or outbound logisticsExposure to warehouse management systems (WMS)Previous shipping and receiving experience in a high-volume environmentScheduleFull-time positionMonday-FridayFlexible scheduling requiredOn-site role in Redford, MICompensation & BenefitsCompany-paid dental, vision, long-term disability, short-term disability, and life insurance beginning the first of the month after 60 daysMulti-tiered medical insurance plans to choose from (benefits valued at over $10,000 annually)8 paid holidays per yearPTO is available after 90 days, accrued bi-weekly at a rate of 3.08 hours (2 weeks annualized after 1st year).
