Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Specialist I to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This role involves order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory management, forklift operation, RF scanning, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution center and handling physically demanding tasks. Key Responsibilities Pic k, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment. Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently. Operate stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Perform inventory transactions using handheld RF scanners. Replenish pick locations and perform product put-away. Verify shipments and maintain inventory accuracy. Cross-check orders to ensure 100% shipping accuracy. Process parcel shipments, overpack, and consolidate orders. Complete daily forklift inspections and basic equipment maintenance. Follow warehouse safety procedures, GMP guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and participate in Lean and 5S initiatives. Work overtime as needed to meet shipping goals. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution centre experience. Current forklift certification (stand-up forklift preferred). Experience operating forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks. Experience using RF scanners for warehouse operations. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Warehouse Management experience. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Electric pallet jack certification. Physical Requirements Lift up to 80 lbs. Work around warehouse equipment and moving machinery. Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and material handling. Education: High School Certification: Forklift certification
