Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities related to inventory control, material handling, and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, stock and enter parts accurately and timely into the ERP System
- Perform data entry pertaining to the warehouse
- Assume a lead role in resolving issues, which relate to the receipt and stocking of incoming materials
- Consult with supervisors about any problems with picking, packaging or stocking stations
- Help others in the department if and as directed by the supervisor as it relates to the departmental processes
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
- Keep Maintenance schedules on warehouse equipment
Skills & Experience:
- Prefer 2 years general warehouse experience
- Ability to operate and maintain warehouse equipment
- Windows based computer experience
Tools/Equipment:
- Microsoft Office
- Forklift
- Pallet jack
- Weight scale
Physical Requirements:
Lifting and moving heavy boxes or parts, setting up storage bins and moving them when necessary

General as related to working in a warehouse environment
