Warehouse Specialist – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay Rate: $19.56/hour
Shift Options:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Position Overview

A well-established manufacturing and distribution company is seeking Warehouse Specialists to join its team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for shipping, receiving, order picking, staging, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, be comfortable operating a forklift and using RF scanners, and have a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform shipping and receiving activities using forklifts and RF scanners
  • Pick, prepare, and stage orders for scheduled shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse records
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and shipments
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments meet required timelines
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and OSHA safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary, and audit-ready warehouse
  • Follow established safety procedures and company policies
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Physical & Safety Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
  • Steel-toed boots/shoes required
  • Safety vest required
  • Must follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
