Warehouse Specialist / Driver Direct Hire
Location: Middletown, CT Pay: $22/hour Schedule: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (overtime is a regular part of the schedule)
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Specialist / Driver for a direct hire opportunity with a busy distribution operation. This is a hands-on role focused on warehouse support and local deliveries to contractor customers throughout Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and prepare purchase orders for delivery
Load and unload materials safely and accurately
Operate a box truck to complete daily deliveries across CT
Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time
Support general warehouse operations, including inventory and organization
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Requirements:
Prior warehouse experience required
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Must pass drug screen and background check
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day
Compensation & Benefits:
Direct hire position (not contract)
$22/hour with regular overtime available
