Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse and shipping operations in Broken Arrow, OK. This role is responsible for receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipments, and supporting production activities while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

The ideal Warehouse Specialist has warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Experience with shipping and receiving processes and documentation
Ability to use tools such as drills, nail guns, table saws, and measuring tape
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Process and package shipments for LTL and UPS Ground transportation
Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory accurately
Perform hydro testing and painting operations as required
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, quantity, and accuracy
Pick, verify, and fulfill customer orders according to specifications
Assist with loading and unloading shipments and materials
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
Follow all warehouse procedures, safety policies, and PPE requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work environment using 5S practices
Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements
Support warehouse and production teams with additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments
Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse management processes
Forklift certification or previous forklift experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment and machinery
Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
Warehouse and manufacturing environment
Exposure to dust, noise, equipment, and varying temperatures
Physically active role requiring continuous movement throughout the day
PPE required while working in warehouse and production areas
