Pay Rate: $16.78 per hour

Schedule: Night Shift | 8 PM - 8 AM | 2 - 2 - 3 Rotation

Job Duties

• Sort scrap plastic materials for use in production
• Remove any contamination from materials to ensure product quality
• Maintain production rates as directed by leadership
• Provide relief support for material handlers as needed
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Lift and move materials up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Perform all tasks while adhering to strict safety guidelines

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• No prior experience required-this is an entry-level opportunity
• Must be comfortable bending, lifting, twisting, pulling, and standing throughout the shift
• Detail-oriented and able to follow safety and quality procedures consistently
• Reliable and safety-minded - show up on time and watch your crew's back

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. and stay moving on your feet all shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

As a Warehouse Sorter you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
