Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Forklift Specialist
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Employment: Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Range: $18.00–$20.00/hour (DOE)
Role Overview
Be the operational link between incoming goods, inventory accuracy, and on-time outbound shipments. This role combines safe forklift operation with detailed shipping/receiving work and steady material movement across warehouse and production areas.
Core Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts with a safety-first mindset
- Load/unload trailers and verify counts and paperwork
- Receive, inspect, and organize materials for efficient access
- Stage and prepare outbound orders and finished goods
- Transport materials to and from production
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and hazard-free
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
- Comply with company policies and established safety procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Forklift experience — required
- Shipping & receiving experience — required
- Prior warehouse or material handling background
- Capability to lift and move materials safely
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
