LINK Staffing is hiring a Warehouse / Logistics Specialist for a manufacturing facility in Brookshire, TX.
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to assist with assembling, organizing, and preparing material kits. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic math abilities, and experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Assemble and organize material kits according to specific requirements.
Verify that each kit contains the correct components and quantities.
Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate counts and measurements.
Use measuring tapes and calculators to complete assigned tasks.
Inspect kits for accuracy and identify missing or incorrect components.
Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily assignments.
Communicate with supervisors regarding material discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to accurately count materials and verify quantities.
Familiarity with measuring tapes and basic calculators.
Basic English reading and speaking skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
Warehouse kitting or material preparation.
Inventory control and material handling.
Experience following work orders or component lists.
Quality checks and accurate material counting.
Manufacturing or production experience.
