You'll work hands-on in our warehouse moving, packing, inspecting, and shipping freight - and we'll set you up for success with forklift certification and in-house training on our products and procedures.This is a full-time, on-site position.What You'll DoAs a Warehouse Shipping & Material Mover, you'll make an impact by:Moving freight, stock, and materials to and from storage, production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles by hand or using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipmentOperating a forklift to safely transport heavy and oversized inventory throughout the warehousePalletizing door frames and assembling windows, frame pallets, and crates to prevent damage during shippingLoading and unloading freight carrier shipments in accordance with safety standardsInspecting doors, hardware, and frame parts prior to shipment to ensure product qualityPacking, sealing, and labeling containers to prepare materials for shippingExamining shipment contents and comparing against invoices or orders to verify accuracyPerforming other job-related duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForStrong candidates will bring:At least 6 months of experience in a similar warehouse or materials handling roleForklift experience preferred but not required - we will certify the right candidateAbility to read and use measuring toolsGeneral computer skills preferred, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent interpersonal and oral communication skillsThis role is physically demanding.
