If you're ready to put your warehouse skills to work and grow in a team-focused environment, this could be your next great opportunity.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate daily shipping activities to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.Partner with warehouse leadership to manage daily workloads, staffing, and priorities.Assign driver routes and vehicles and support daily loading activities.Arrange FedEx and third-party shipments, including required documentation.Monitor outbound progress and communicate priorities during shift handoffs.Train, support, and provide performance feedback to shipping team members.Work with Sales and other departments to resolve order and shipping issues.Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes, product flow, and inventory accuracy.Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.WHO YOU AREYou have self-confidence with an optimistic outlook.
