Shipping & Delivery Warehouse Specialist
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Location: New Caney, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Seeking a dependable and hardworking Shipping & Warehouse Associate to support the final stages of our custom millwork production.
What You'll Do
- Remove completed cabinets, countertops, and millwork products from the production line.
- Inspect and clean finished products prior to shipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Package, palletize, wrap, and label products for safe transportation.
- Organize and stage completed products within the warehouse.
- Verify shipments against packing lists, work orders, and project documentation.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.
- Millwork experience to include installing custom or pre-fabricated woodwork
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle large millwork products safely.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment.
