OFS Brands is looking for a dependable, team-oriented Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to help coordinate daily shipping operations and ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and shipping information
- Palletize orders accurately and efficiently
- Meet required delivery and shipping deadlines
- Load containers and coordinate outbound shipments
- Prepare and work with quotes and shipping-related information
- Use computers and computer-based systems to complete daily tasks
- Communicate and work effectively with team members
- Help ensure orders are ready for shipment according to schedule
- Perform other shipping and warehouse duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer experience and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to meet required deadlines
- Dependable and reliable
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
