PM Shipping Associate

Join our team as a PM Shipping Associate and help ensure customer orders are shipped accurately, safely, and on time. This role supports shipping operations in a fast-paced food production warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, stage, and verify outbound orders.
• Load and unload pallets, totes, and finished products using warehouse equipment.
• Verify quantities, lot codes, and product quality before shipment.
• Complete shipping paperwork, labels, and inventory records.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory procedures.
• Maintain GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Communicate with warehouse, production, and transportation teams to support on-time shipments.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:

• Shipping, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Work Environment: This position is located in a refrigerated food production and warehouse facility. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
