    Description

    At Endries, our Warehouse Service Specialist plays an important role in providing hands-on service and support at our customer locations. This is a customer-facing position where you’ll spend the majority of your day on the road, delivering and stocking products, managing VMI inventory, and responding to customer needs. This is a customer-facing, non-CDL driving position. The majority of the work is performed at customer locations and involves driving, delivering and stocking product, managing VMI inventory, and responding to customer needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Do you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, driving, and working directly with customers? As a Warehouse Service Specialist, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive the products and service they need, when they need them.

    A successful candidate for this role will bring the following:

    • Drive and service customer locations: Drive a company vehicle to multiple customer locations throughout the workday; deliver, unload, stock, and replenish products while responding to customer needs and providing timely service.
    • Manage customer inventory and VMI: Monitor inventory levels, fill and replenish bins, scan products, maintain organized inventory, and support the setup and ongoing maintenance of VMI and bin management systems.
    • Process orders and product: Pick, pack, inspect, stage, scan, and process products and customer orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy of product, quantity, and shipment requirements.
    • Maintain documentation and traceability: Review, verify, and process required product documentation; ensure documentation is accurately matched to the applicable product and customer order; maintain product traceability; and identify and resolve documentation discrepancies.
    • Resolve issues and support customers: Identify and assist with resolving inventory, order, product, documentation, fulfillment, and customer service issues; communicate concerns to the appropriate team members; and assist with returns, credits, discrepancies, and inventory adjustments.
    • Maintain safety, accuracy, and performance: Maintain accurate inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems, support product movement and replenishment, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and meet established safety, quality, inventory accuracy, customer service, and on-time delivery expectations.  
    • Meet key performance metrics: Established by Warehouse Leaders, which may include safety, culture, customer needs, quality, documentation accuracy, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.  
    • Work environment: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized t and support key warehouse and service areas as assigned.  
    • Reliability: Report to work on time and as scheduled.  
    • Perform: All other duties as assigned.
