Warehouse Replenishment Specialist — PIT/Order Picker

Own the last mile inside the warehouse

When every part reaches the exact handpick location on time, production moves without delays. As our Warehouse Replenishment Specialist, you’ll command a cherry/order picker to shuttle inventory from overstock to the right pick faces, rotate stock using FIFO, and keep our counts accurate—so teams downstream can deliver flawlessly.

Your impact

• Execute precise pulls of part numbers from overstock with a cherry/order picker
• Place items into their designated handpick locations with zero errors
• Log inventory movements instantly on tablet/scanner for real‑time visibility
• Lead cycle counting and dig into discrepancies to resolve them
• Maintain organized storage zones and ensure timely replenishment
• Apply FIFO to bring older stock forward
• Keep aisles and equipment clean and orderly
• Model professionalism by following department procedures and standards
• Work safely in accordance with department policies and applicable federal/state regulations
• Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned

What you’ll need to succeed

• At least 1 year of hands‑on cherry picker experience
• Pinpoint accuracy when reading and verifying part numbers
• Eligibility for MHE certification; confident operating various forklift types
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Talent for coaching and effectively training other replenish clerks
• Proficiency with tablet/scanner inventory systems and data entry software
• Strong communicator who follows instructions and performs well on a team while staying self‑driven
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Working conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, and reaching
• Work in both hot and cold temperature environments
