The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the efficient daily operation of the
Stewart Fastener warehouse, overseeing receiving and inventory control activities.
This position works closely with senior management to prioritize workloads, train
employees and ensure adherence to performance standards.
Schedule
· Full-time, in-person position
· Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
· Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for special projects
Key Responsibilities
· Provide leadership and support to warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of
receiving tasks.
· Expedite orders for each department.
· Train employees on warehouse procedures, equipment, and performance
expectations.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
· Enforce attendance, punctuality, productivity, and workplace conduct standards.
· Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and accuracy requirements.
· Resolve issues involving parcel and freight carriers as needed.
· Provide excellent customer service for customer pickup orders.
· Coordinate staffing, schedules, and workflow priorities with senior management.
Qualifications - Required
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
· Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, and mouse efficiently.
· Strong basic math skills, including arithmetic and percentages.
· Good written and verbal English communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications - Preferred
· Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, logistics, or supply
chain management.
· Forklift experience or certification.
· Experience with inventory management systems.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
· Exposure to occasional equipment and vehicle noise.
· Frequent standing and walking throughout the workday.
· Regular lifting of items weighing 10–45 pounds.
· Occasional lifting of heavier items may be required.
