Warehouse Receiving Clerk (Itad)

Trio Supply Chain Solutions is a leading supply chain and IT asset disposition (ITAD) company specializing in the receipt, teardown, and recycling of enterprise IT hardware. Our team ensures that valuable components are harvested for resale and end-of-life equipment is responsibly recycled, supporting sustainability and operational excellence for our clients.As a Warehouse Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of incoming IT hardware. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain inventory integrity and support the company's mission of maximizing asset value and environmental responsibility.Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving and verifying incoming shipments against paperwork
• Inspecting, sorting, and labeling computer/server components
• Documenting discrepancies, damages, and serial numbers in the inventory system
• Disassembling servers and IT hardware for parts harvesting
• Maintaining organized staging areas and following warehouse safety procedures

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• GED or equivalent high school credential
• Ability to disassemble computer and server hardware
• Proficiency with Acctivate ERP, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Windows file management
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
• English proficiency for workplace communication, safety, and documentation
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, or similar roles
• 1+ year of experience handling electronics or IT hardware
