Job Overview:
Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to support our dedicated warehouse located in Greenfield, IN. As a Warehouse Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for verifying and maintaining the records of incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for shipment, and arranging for the transportation of products. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Monday through Friday - 6:00am to 2:30pm
- Starting pay $22.50 per hour

What to expect as a Warehouse Receiving Clerk?
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) extensively to process incoming inventory.
- Manage inbound paperwork and clearly communicate shipment statuses and any potential issues.
- Inspect trailers, identify compliance issues, and accurately record inbound data.
- Maintain a high focus on accuracy and overall organization throughout daily tasks.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with leadership and team members.
- Performing physical tasks, such as lifting and bending are required.
- The ability to operate Material Handling Equipment is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented with ability to demonstrate skill in business analysis, and/or a track record in executing company standards successfully.
- Ability to effectively communicate, interact and convey business decisions with many different levels within the organization.
- Knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory systems, supply chain management, logistics, customer service, reporting, system analysis, equipment and warehouse functionality.
- Proven success in maintaining quality, service and client relationships in a high-paced setting.
- Strong computer skills with proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
