Warehouse, Property Management, Delivery Driver & Field Assistant
Location: Dryden, New York
Employment Type: Part-Time (30–40 hours per week)
Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience - DOE
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team in a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, delivery driving, and property maintenance. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment while managing a variety of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Operate forklifts and lift gates safely and efficiently.
- Load delivery trucks and transport materials to job sites.
- Receive supplier deliveries, verify orders, label products, and store materials in the warehouse.
- Prepare and stage materials for daily installer use.
- Perform property maintenance, including mowing, weed trimming, and snow removal.
- Assist with general building maintenance, including painting, light carpentry, electrical work, and other facility repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to repeatedly lift 70–100 pounds.
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required).
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills.
- Experience operating property maintenance equipment and tools is a plus.
- HVAC and/or electrical experience is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Availability: Must be available to work occasional weekends as needed.
