Warehouse Project Specialist - Data Entry & Logistics

Looking for a high-paying, dynamic warehouse role that blends physical inventory logistics with digital order tracking? Join0ur team as a Warehouse Project Specialist! Paying $22.51/hour with a predictable Monday-through-Friday schedule and a direct path to permanent hire, this position offers an engaging environment supporting high-impact local client projects.

Schedule: M-F, 7:30 AM-4:00PM (5 days a week including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)

What You'll Do Daily

• Execute project-based inventory pulls by locating, retrieving, and moving large volumes of archived file boxes, binders, and media across client and core facility locations.
• Track data and process orders using handheld RF scanners and proprietary computer software to log box locations, update inventory records, and maintain tracking integrity.
• Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts across concrete floors, inclines, and varying surface elevations.
• Stage, palletize, and load freight by building, shrink-wrapping, and loading pallets onto trucks for secure transit and delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull storage containers weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance on a prolonged basis.
• Comfortable walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and climbing ladders or stairs throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing) to follow manifests and labels; proficient using handheld technology and data entry systems.
• Must possess ASTM F2413-11 compliant safety-toe footwear with slip-resistant soles ("Better" or "Best" rated).

Workplace: This is a 100% onsite role combining active warehouse operations and project site work. The initial 2-4 weeks will support a project site in Cleveland (transportation provided from facility by project lead) before transitioning to the main Walton Hills hub.

Contract Terms: This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
