Warehouse Production Worker – Food Manufacturing Facility
1st & 2nd Shift $19–$20 per hour
About the Role
We’re looking for reliable, detail‐oriented Warehouse Production Workers to join our team in a fast‐paced food production environment. This role is essential to ensuring safe, efficient, and high‐quality operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a facility where Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are strictly followed and required at all times.
Responsibilities
- Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all GMPs, including proper hygiene, PPE usage, and sanitation procedures
- Inspect products for quality and report any issues
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately
- Assist with inventory counts and material staging
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, production, or food manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for the duration of the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to wear required PPE and comply with all GMP standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
