Warehouse Production

Essential Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking candidates for a Production position with a growing client. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are willing to learn multiple areas of the production process.

Successful candidates must be flexible and able to move between various departments as production needs change. Team members play an important role in maintaining quality standards while helping meet daily production goals.

Production Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor and production duties

• Stack 40+ pound bags of product onto pallets and trailers

• Conduct quality control inspections on finished products

• Monitor production equipment and report any issues

• Assist in different departments as needed

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Forklift operation

• Moving finished products to warehouse storage areas

• Loading and unloading trucks

Production Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to lift 40+ pounds repeatedly

• Willingness to cross-train and work in multiple positions

• Manufacturing experience is preferred

• Forklift experience
