ProLogistix is currently conducting phone interviews as our Tukwila office actively recruits for open positions in all areas of Washington & Oregon.
Shift Options:
7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday
5pm through 1:30am Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and inspect incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, or other carrier systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with general warehouse duties including organization, stocking, and cycle counts.
- Communicate with internal departments and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of shipping and receiving experience (UPS/FedEx systems experience is a plus)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, shipping software, and inventory systems)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
