Picker/Packer - Warehouse Associate
Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Summary
We are currently hiring Picker/Packers to join the warehouse team at Bella + Canvas | alo yoga. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Pick products and merchandise accurately according to orders.
- Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Use RF scanners to locate, scan, and track inventory.
- Verify product quantities, sizes, styles, and order information.
- Label and organize packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
- RF scanner experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Dress Code
- Closed-toe athletic shoes or sneakers required.
- Comfortable clothing appropriate for warehouse work.
Schedule & Pay
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime: As needed based on business requirements.
