Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced distribution operation. This role is responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders while safely operating warehouse equipment, including a reach lift and order picker.
The ideal candidate has previous experience operating powered industrial equipment, is comfortable working at elevated heights, and takes pride in maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Candidates must have experience operating both a reach lift and order picker. Applicants must be comfortable working at heights.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders using established warehouse processes.
- Safely operate a reach lift and order picker to retrieve products from warehouse racks and storage locations.
- Use RF scanners/WMS systems to complete order picking accurately.
- Verify product quantities and maintain order accuracy.
- Load, unload, move, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Perform basic calculations related to inventory and order fulfillment.
- Lift, stack, and palletize products weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience required.
- Proven experience operating a reach lift and order picker safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 24 feet.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move products weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or similar technology preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
