Warehouse Picker
Location: Coppell, TX 75019
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; some weekends required

Next Level Staffing is hiring experienced Warehouse Pickers to support receiving, order picking, shipping, and inventory operations.
Location requirement: These positions will begin in Coppell and are expected to transition to Fort Worth, TX 76131 later this year. Applicants must be able to commute to both locations.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment.
- Receive, stock, organize, and store materials and equipment.
- Load and unload freight, including serialized electronics.
- Complete inventory transactions in the warehouse management system.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet-moving equipment, and hand carts, as trained and authorized.
- Assist with less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping and bills of lading.
- Follow customer service requirements and warehouse safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of related warehouse experience; 3 or more years preferred.
- Knowledge of safe storage and material handling practices.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Availability for occasional weekend work.
