Warehouse Packer
Location: Holmes Rd., Houston, TX 77051
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Packer / Order Puller is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position supports daily shipping and receiving operations and ensures orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Assist with unloading trucks and receiving incoming merchandise.
- Verify incoming materials and check shipments for accuracy.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or storage bins according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers when authorized.
- Support shipping and receiving departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order pulling experience preferred.
- Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lift and move items weighing 10-50 lbs.
- Occasionally lift items weighing over 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.
