Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Manage the daily work and safety of associates engaged in order selection product replenishment, and order loading, to include all warehouse functions
- Prepare work schedules including extra work days and shifts as needed
- Review warehouse functions and various warehouse productivity reporting
- Identifies problems, proposes solutions to other members of management and promotes cooperation with other department
- Assist with monitoring sanitation and facility/racking damage to ensure a safe and clean warehouse
- Coordinates efforts with the safety requirement, conducting accident investigations to determine root causes and routine safety inspection
- Complies with local, state and federal regulatory agencies (OSHA, USDA etc)
- Hiring and training new staffs
Job Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of Wholesales Food Industry Warehouse management experience
- Forklift experience
- Proficient Communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven leadership skills
- Must have excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
