About the Role Join our team as a Warehouse-Outbound Associate (Donut Nights) and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative logistics environment. This role involves accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners, verifying order details, packing products, and ensuring shipments are ready for carrier pickup. You will operate warehouse equipment, maintain safety standards, support inventory management, and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals. Flexibility to support peak volumes and additional duties as needed is essential.

Pay Rate:
$20.00/hour

Available Shift Times:
Night shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Verifying quantities, part numbers, and order details
• Packing products and labeling shipments
• Palletizing and staging shipments for pickup
• Loading trailers safely and securely
• Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting inventory counts and verifications
• Collaborating to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety standards
• Flexibly supporting additional warehouse duties, including overtime

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Dependability with reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience
• Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Forklift certification or experience operating industrial trucks
• Experience in e-commerce or high-volume logistics environments
