Warehouse Order Selector & Stand-Up Forklift Specialist

Role focus

• Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
• Match items to pick tickets; verify quantities and item numbers.
• Operate material handling equipment—pallet jacks and, as applicable, stand-up forklifts—safely.
• Keep work zones clean and organized to uphold safety standards.
• Flag inventory discrepancies and low stock to the team.
• Partner with coworkers to achieve daily output targets and ship windows.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
• Stand-up forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; quality-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical endurance: standing, walking, and lifting during the shift.
• Basic math competency (counting, measuring, verification).
• Bonus: familiarity with WMS or inventory software.
• Effective communicator and dependable team player.
