Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-4:30 PM | 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM-until finish

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Previous center rider or electric pallet jack experience required.

Job Duties

• Operate a center rider and/or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, move, and stage products for shipment.
• Assemble and prepare customer orders.
• Load and unload trailers safely.
• Scan inventory using a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Package, label, shrink wrap, and kit products.
• Perform quality checks and remove damaged items.
• Read work orders and follow shipping instructions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and production records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Order Selector.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
