Own the pick. Master the move. Power the promise.
Every accurate pick and safe move in our distribution center fuels a promise we make to customers across North America. As a Warehouse Order Picking & Forklift Specialist, you’ll help keep that promise by combining equipment expertise with rock-solid attention to detail.
How you’ll make an impact
Picture this: harness on, checklist complete, RF scanner synced. You rise into the high-bay—25 to 40+ feet up—selecting the right SKU the first time, every time. On the ground, you’ll direct inventory to its next stop, supporting inbound and outbound flows with speed and care. Throughout the shift, you’ll uphold URBN safety protocols and set the bar for a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Your core responsibilities
- PIT operations: Operate forklifts, cherry pickers (order pickers), walkie stackers, double walkie riders, tuggers, and pallet jacks to transport, stow, and replenish inventory.
- Elevated picking & stowing: Work safely at height (25–40+ feet) using required fall protection and OSHA-compliant procedures.
- Inbound/outbound execution: Load and unload trailers, apply labels, build boxes, and relocate items between storage and staging.
- Digital accuracy: Use RF scanners and touchscreens to maintain live, error-free inventory data.
- Safety & readiness: Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and maintain a tidy, hazard-free environment.
