Location: Fort Pierce, FL
Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on position
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Our client is expanding its large Fort Pierce warehouse operation and is seeking multiple dependable Warehouse Order Pickers and Inventory/Replenishment Operators to join the team.

We currently have 38 openings available, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for steady, full-time warehouse work with a growing operation.

Current Openings

• 11 Dry Order Pickers – $19.00/hour

• 17 Frozen Order Pickers – $21.00/hour

• 10 Inventory/Replenishment Operators

Job Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned department, responsibilities may include:

• Picking and preparing customer orders accurately

• Operating order/cherry pickers

• Operating long-reach equipment

• Using electric pallet jacks

• Replenishing warehouse inventory and product locations

• Moving product throughout the warehouse

• Verifying product quantities and order accuracy

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Following all warehouse and safety procedures

• Performing other warehouse duties as needed

Previous experience operating this equipment is NOT required. They will provide training to qualified candidates.

Schedule

All new employees will initially train on the following schedule:

Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

After training:

Dry Pickers & Inventory/Replenishment Operators

• Monday–Friday

• 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Frozen Order Pickers

• Monday–Friday

• 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, or

• 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Because this is a distribution/warehouse environment, candidates must have flexibility with scheduling. Start and end times may occasionally change depending on workload and business needs.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must:

• Be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance

• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Be willing to learn warehouse equipment, including cherry/order pickers, reach equipment, and electric pallet jacks

• Be able to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift

• Be comfortable working at heights when operating order-picking equipment

• Be able to successfully complete a background check

• Be able to successfully complete a 5-panel drug screen

For Frozen Picker positions, candidates must also be comfortable working in a cold/frozen warehouse environment.
