Job Title: 1st Shift Picking
Pay: $17 - $17.50 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

As a 1st Shift Picking Specialist, you'll assemble and prepare orders accurately for shipment and production. You’ll work closely with a manager and the warehouse team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do
As a 1st Shift Picking Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Gather and organize parts and materials based on pick lists and work orders.
• Confirm items are correct, complete, and properly labeled before shipment or assembly.
• Use handheld scanners to track kitted/picked items accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning and recording part movements.
• Keep the workspace safe and efficient, including restocking and supporting inventory counts.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience, ideally in kitting, picking, or inventory support.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic comfort using scanners, hand tools, and warehouse equipment.
• General labor skills and a reliable work ethic.
