What You'll Do As a 1st Shift Kitting Specialist, you will be responsible for:


• Gathering and assembling parts and materials according to specific pick lists and work orders.


• Ensuring all kits are complete and correctly labeled before shipment or assembly.


• Operating handheld scanners and equipment to track kitted items accurately.


• Maintaining inventory accuracy by scanning and recording parts movements.


• Organizing workspace to promote safety and efficiency.


• Assisting with inventory counts and restocking as needed.


• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have:


• Minimum 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience, preferably in kitting or inventory roles.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.


• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.


• Proven ability to work efficiently in a team environment.


• A proactive attitude and commitment to safety at all times.


• Basic proficiency in using scanners, hand tools, and warehouse equipment.
