Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

What Youll Do

As a Warehouse Associate/Order Filler, you will inspect, sort, and prepare reusable mail transport equipment for shipment and reuse. This role plays an important part in maintaining quality standards and meeting daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect trays, sleeves, mailbags, pallets, and cardboard materials for damage and quality standards
• Sort materials by type and condition
• Stack and palletize approved materials
• Identify equipment that cannot be reused
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or production experience preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout the entire shift
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Frequently push, pull, sort, and handle materials
• Occasionally bend and stoop
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment for the duration of the shift
