Warehouse Operator

Role: Warehouse Operator

Location: Tallmadge, OH

Duration: 12 months

Shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm

Pay: $22/hr on W2(Inclusive all)

Description:

· Prepare, pack, label, and process domestic and international shipments in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

· Receive incoming materials, inspect deliveries for accuracy and condition, and ensure proper documentation is completed.

· Load and unload freight using forklifts and other material handling equipment.

· Safely move materials throughout the warehouse while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

· Support hazardous material and air freight shipping activities in compliance with International Air Transportation (IATA) and DOT certifications.

· Verify shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing lists, and inventory records for accuracy.

· Maintain organized warehouse storage locations and ensure materials are properly identified and stored.

· Utilize SAP and other systems to process transactions, manage inventory, and track shipments.

· Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities as needed.

· Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and logistics partners to resolve shipping and receiving issues.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company and regulatory standards.
