    Warehouse Operator

    Reports to: Warehouse Manager/Director of Operations/Head Brewer
    Department: Brewery Operations
     

    Position Overview

    The Warehouse Coordinator supports day-to-day warehouse operations by assisting with inventory control, material movement, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse organization. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, helping ensure materials and finished goods are available, accurate, and ready to support brewing, packaging, and distribution needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Warehouse Operations

    • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and finished goods
    • Pick, stage, and prepare materials and product for packaging, production, and shipment
    • Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas
    • Assist with proper inventory rotation (FIFO)

    Inventory & Documentation

    • Assist with inventory tracking, data entry, and reconciliation
    • Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories
    • Report inventory discrepancies or damage to the Warehouse Manager
    • Help maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation

    Shipping & Receiving Support

    • Prepare shipments and assist with loading and unloading trucks
    • Coordinate paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments
    • Communicate shipping or receiving issues to the Warehouse Manager

    Safety & Equipment

    • Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely
    • Follow warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
    • Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or maintenance needs

    Team Support

    • Work closely with warehouse, packaging, and production teams
    • Support special projects, reorganization efforts, and process improvements as assigned

    Qualifications

    1. Required
    • 1–3 years warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
    • Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to be certified
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    1. Preferred
    • Brewery, beverage, or food manufacturing experience
    • Experience with inventory or ERP systems

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperature environments.

    Work Schedule

    Full-time position. Schedule may vary to support production and shipping schedules.
