Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Production, Material Handling, and Equipment Operation
Job Description
This role supports efficient warehouse operations in a heavy industrial environment by handling materials, operating forklifts and overhead cranes, and preparing products for production and outbound shipping. You will work closely with a team to pull, stage, package, and move materials safely and accurately while meeting daily deadlines.

Work Environment
The role is based in a heavy industrial warehouse that can be dirty, with open doors and significant temperature changes—cold in the winter and hot in the summer. You must be comfortable meeting daily deadlines before leaving each shift. The operation runs multiple shifts: second shift typically from 1 PM to 9 PM, and third shift from 9 PM to 5 AM, including work that finishes on Saturday morning. A structured training schedule is provided: Week 1 on first shift (7 AM to 3 PM) for safety training; Weeks 2 and 3 on second shift (1 PM to 9 PM) to learn process flow, material understanding, packaging, and tag reading while assisting the team; Weeks 4 and 5 on third shift (9 PM to 5 AM) to shadow experienced employees, continue training, and learn the dotting process. The culture favors self-motivated individuals who work well with their team and proactively ask questions. Dress code requires mandatory steel-toed boots, durable work pants, and a work shirt suitable for a dirty environment. All additional PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, and ear and eye protection, is provided.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.64 - $21.64/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
