Position Type: 6 month contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need

Compensation: $18-$25/HR

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for moving, storing, receiving, shipping, and maintaining inventory of materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse environment and operating material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse/material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive and process inbound shipments.
• Assist with outbound shipments and ensure materials are properly prepared for delivery.
• Move and organize materials within designated warehouse and storage areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory-related activities.
• Follow established safety procedures and warehouse operating practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and move materials.
• Ability to accurately pull, receive, store, and organize materials.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies.
