Warehouse Operator

WE’RE HIRING – OPERATIONS ASSISTANT / WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS!

We are a growing last-mile delivery company providing local delivery services across the Washington, D.C. metro area (DMV), Boston, and Minnesota.

Our team currently consists of 300+ delivery drivers and 10+ operations and administrative team members. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a responsible and capable Operations Assistant to join our team and help manage daily warehouse and delivery operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Morning Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily on-site warehouse operations in the morning
• Coordinate drivers, package sorting, scanning, and pickup
• Help ensure packages are distributed to drivers accurately and efficiently
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and unexpected situations
• Communicate with and coordinate the driver team
• Hire new people to keep our team stable

2. Afternoon – Work From Home

• After morning warehouse operations are completed, you may work from home
• Monitor delivery progress remotely throughout the day
• Assist drivers with delivery issues and questions
• Track delivery completion rates, returns, and package exceptions
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and the management team

Qualifications

• Responsible, reliable, and well organized
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to manage people and solve problems independently
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, delivery operations, or team management is preferred

Work Schedule

Morning: On-site at the warehouse
Afternoon: Work from home
